I've been looking at this gorgeous kitchen by Anna Smith for some time now and once you see the 'before' pictures, you'll appreciate it even more!  The bold use of green on the island is a fun detail that's on-trend but also non-committal.  What a great space!

Here's a look I can really get behind these days - combining classic architecture and furnishings with a few carefully placed decidedly modern pieces, in this case, the stunning smoked-glass light fixture from Lindsey Adelman.  In fact, we're using this image, and others, as inspiration in an upcoming living room project we're are in the middle of.
