HOME TOUR // #SpringIntoHome Tour :: Refresh!
Do you remember our #SpringIntoHome blog series we did last year? We introduced you to four of our designer friends, Bria Hammel, Claire Staszack, Doreen Corrigan, and Meredith Rodday, who each opened up their doors and offered a tour of their own personal homes. Well, we decided we'd love to share some updates in we've made in our homes, big life changes, and a few client projects that have been completed over the last year. Also, we have an addition - Brynn Olson from Brynn Olson Design Group. Hi Brynn! Alright, let's start with Bria Hammel...
BRIA HAMMEL
This lady is a definite powerhouse! Managing a large design team and many client projects in Medota Heights, Minnestoa (and across the US), it's not surprising she hasn't made any big changes to her home in the last year, BUT, Bria's big news is a recent feature in Traditional Home Magazine for her Baltimore Rowhouse Project! WOW. Well done Bria!
In addition, Bria and her team recently completed another project for their clients, called the Holly Lane Renovation - this home is filled with Bria's signature blues + pinks and some ultra gorgeous touches that make it truly special for the young clients who call this beautiful house 'home'. Tour the whole home on Bria's blog and make sure to find the entryway flooring detail (see if you can guess which word is spelled in tile).
You can check out Bria's own home tour from last year or read our last-year's feature on Bria here.
BRYNN OLSON
I had the pleasure of meeting Brynn at conference in Los Angeles last year and we instantly connected. A Chicago local, Brynn worked for Nate Berkus & Associates before opening her own firm, Brynn Olson Design Group, in 2012. Brynn's eye for design is elegant, refined, and classic. She's also an artist and paints full-size art prints for use in her projects - so much talent!
Notable press in the last year for Brynn include a feature in LUXE Magazine for her design work on a family-friendly Chicago home.
Check out Brynn's Instagram page for an inside look into her firm's signature style (and prepare to be inspired by her jet-setting to some jaw-dropping destinations!).
CLAIRE STASZACK
Also located in Chicago, Claire lives in a beautiful 1932 Tudor-style brick bungalow her and her husband Luke have lovingly restored over the last several years. Her home is filled with time-worn vintage pieces and beautiful textiles. Since our home tour last year, Claire recently completed a master bedroom and bathroom renovation on the home's second level. Perfect timing too because her daughter Willa was born just a few months ago - and she is the absolute SWEETEST thing you've ever seen.
In addition to her own home renos and the responsibility of new motherhood, Claire somehow finds time to complete stunning client projects, like this one, the Lakeshore Drive Project that was featured in Modern Luxury Interiors magazine. Wow Claire, you are an inspiration!

DOREEN CORRIGAN
Doreen's blog at www.doreencorrigan.com is one of the most drool-worthy blogs you'll find anywhere. Never short for inspiration, Doreen shares her favorite recipes, home projects, and fashion finds weekly, often ladden in fresh color choices like happy pinks and bright greens. Since our last tour, she's been busy making some changes in her own home, recently completing a refresh in her master bedroom, sitting room, and guest room. I just love her style!
How adorable is that wallpaper in the background?

MEREDITH RODDAY
Living near Boston, MA, Meredith's style is fresh, textural, with a note of a coastal-style woven throughout. A busy momma to twin boys, she still finds time to blog and has made some absolutely beautiful updates to her home since our last tour, starting with her laundry room. Loads of laundry would be a breeze in this beautiful space!
I absolutely love the color Meredith used on the vanity in her upstairs hall bath - a beautiful blue-gray that doesn't feel drab or cold. The brass hardware coordinates perfectly. Be watching her blog for a full reveal post where she'll shed light on all her fav sources!

We also shared a tour of my own home, the Allen Drive Project, last year as part of the #SpringIntoHome series. I hope you enjoyed catching up with each of these ladies and getting an fresh inside look into their homes and careers!
ONE MORE THING...
Here at Farmer's Daughter Interiors, we just revealed our latest client project, a beautiful master bathroom in a century-old home... take the tour now!
